Stuffed Acorn Squash Recipe

Ingredients:  
2 large acorn/hard squash.
4 T. brown sugar
4 T. soft butter
4 tsp. cinnamon
4 cups of cooked hash browns

Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2.Cut the squash in two halves and scoop out the center.
3.Turn upside down into two 9 x 13 pans filled with 1/8" of water.
4. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour or until swash is tender.
5. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes.
6. Turn the squash right side up and fill each half with 1 cup of hash browns, 1T of brown sugar, 1T butter and sprinkle with 1t. cinnamon.
