Cake:
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
2 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt

Frosting:
1/2 c. butter at room temperature
4 c. powdered sugar
6 T. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Cake: Cream sugar and butter. Stir in eggs. Stir in sour cream, bananas and vanilla. Sift together flour, b. soda and salt and stir into batter.

Pour into 9x13 baking dish or jelly roll pan and bake till toothpick comes out clean. Cool before frosting.

Frosting: With electric mixer, combine butter, powdered sugar and sour cream still smooth.
