1 box white cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter or margarine

Directions:
Combine DRY cake mix, eggs and oil. Press 2/3 mixture into greased 9x13 pan. Combine chocolate chips, milk and butter in bowl. In micro, heat 45 seconds, stir and repeat until completely melted. Pour chocolate mixture over cake mixture that is pressed into pan. Drop teaspoonfuls of remaining cake mixture on top. Bake 350º for 20-25 minutes, until lightly browned - do not overcook!
