2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 (soup can) mayonnaise
3 eggs, beaten
2-3 tbs minced onions
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tbs garlic powder
2 cup medium or sharp cheddar cheese
crushed Cheez-it crackers
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave broccoli in package for 6-8 minutes, squeeze out liquid.
Add remaining ingredients (not crackers)
Turn into a 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish.
Top with crushed crackers & dot with butter.
Bake at 350 for 50 min. (or until knife inserted comes out clean.)
