1 cup, Butter (soft)
1 1/2 cup, Sugar
2 Eggs
2 3/4 cups, Flour
2 tsp, Cream of Tartar
1 tsp, Baking Soda
1/4 tsp, Salt
1 cup, Cinnamon/Sugar Mix (3part sugar 2part cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350

1. Cream butter and sugar together

2. Add eggs 1 at a time and mix thoroughly

3. Add remaining ingredients, except cinnamon_sugar_mixture, and mix well

4. Roll into one inch balls

5. Roll in cinnamon_sugar_mixture

6. Cook on ungreased pan for 8-10 minutes
