4 to 6 lb. Venison Roast
1 c. Vegetable Oil
4 Cloves of Garlic
4 Onions
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Stuff roast with garlic and then season with salt and pepper to taste. In an oval roaster, add the vegetable oil and then add the roast. Brown the roast on both sides, then start adding the onions to the roast one at a time. Cook roast for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours until the roast is tender. Then slice the roast as desired.
