Chicken:
2/3 c. soft breadcrumbs
1/3 c. crumbled feta cheese
1 T. chopped fresh basil
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
3 T. olive oil
2 T. lemon juice
4 thin chicken breast halves

Tomato Basil Cream Sauce:
1 c. marinara sauce
1/3 c. heavy cream
1 T. fresh basil, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Chicken: Stir together first five ingredients in a shallow bowl. Whisk together olive oil and lemon juice in another bowl.
Dip chicken into olive oil mixture then in breadcrumb mixture to coat.
Place in baking dish. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.

Tomato Basil Cream Sauce: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat till heated.

Spoon sauce onto large platter and place chicken breasts on top of the sauce to serve.
