2 c. four
1 T. baking powder
1 t. salt
3/4 stick cold unsalted butter
3/4 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Cut 6T. butter into bits and blend into flour mixture with pastry blender till course meal forms. Add cream, stirring with a fork till just combined. Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead just till dough forms. Pat out to 1/2" thick.
Cut out biscouts and arrange 1" apart on baking sheet.
Melt one more T. butter and brush onto biscuits. Bake about 20 minutes till golden brown.
