One 2 1/2-3 lb. fryer, cut up
3 1/2 qts water
1 onion peeled
1 1/2-2 t. Italian Seasoning
1 t. lemon-pepper seasoning
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a pot. Cook until chicken is tender about 35-40 minutes. Remove chicken onion & bay leaves. When chicken is cool, pick bones clean and discard bones etc.. Set chicken aside.
Next step: 2 c. sliced carrots, 2 c. sliced celery with leafy tops. 2 1/2 c. uncooked noodles. 3 T. minced fresh parsley, 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, 3/4 c. heavy cream, salt & paper to taste. Bring stock back to a boil. Add carrots & cook for 3 minutes. Add celery and continue to cook for 5-10 minutes. Add egg noodles and cook till done. Then add chicken, parsley, cheese and cream. Cook for another 2 minutes.
