2 lbs. shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 (4oz.) cans mushroom slices, undrained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Place shrimp in bottom of greased casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients and pour over shrimp. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 40 minutes.
Serve over brown rice with sourdough bread and a Caesar salad.
