2 cans milk
2 pkgs. ice cream mix
4 eggs
1 cup sugar

4 Quart Churn
Use mixer to mix well. Pour into churn. Finish filling churn with homogenized milk. Will need to add a little extra sugar for chocolate.
6 Quart Churn
Add another ice cream mix, another can of milk, and 2 more eggs. A total of 2 cups of sugar for chocolate. About 1 1/2 cups total for strawberry
