1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 10-oz. package Bird's Eye frozen broccoli or
fresh broccoli, boiled
1 10 3/4-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 8-oz. jar Kraft Cheez Whiz
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup shredded American cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Saute onions and celery in saucepan with melted margarine until tender; set aside. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, onion mixture, soup Cheez Whiz and rice. Pour into 1-quart casserole dish; season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese on top. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes.
