2 - 4 heads Boston/Butter Lettuce
Walnut pieces (toasted in a pan)
Feta Cheese
8 tbsp good quality olive oil
2 tbsp mild wine vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Trim off outer leaves of lettuce if necessary. Cut heads in quarters and arrange on a serving plate. Sprinkle the walnut pieces over the lettuce, then crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it over all. Make dressing by combining the olive oil and vinegar, salt and pepper and whisk until creamy. Add more vinegar if necessary. Drizzle dressing over lettuce and serve immediately.
