1 lb of Crawfish
1 Stick of Butter or Margarine
2 tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
8 oz. Sliced Mushrooms
1 tbsp of Liquid Seafood Boil
1 tbsp of Tony Chachere's Instant Roux & Gravy Mix
Creole Seasoning to Taste
4 Catfish Fillets
Lemon Pepper
1 - 12 oz Angel Hair Pasta

In a skillet, saute crawfish in butter for 5 min. Add Worcestershire Sauce, mushrooms, and liquid seafood boil. Season to taste. Add roux & gravy mix to thicken slightly for 10 minutes.

In an electric skillet, heat 1/2 stick of butter. Put in catfish fillets seasoned well with lemon pepper. Cook till flakey. Serve crawfish, catfish fillets, and lemon pepper juices over cooked angel hair pasta.
Can substitute crawfish with shrimp.
