SPINACH SALAD
1 head spinach
1 pt. sliced strawberries
1 bunch of sliced green onions
POPPY SEED DRESSING
I 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. salt
2/3 c. white vinegar
3 Tbsp. onion juice
2 c. oil
3 Tbsp. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Use blender and mix in thoroughly the sugar, mustard, vinegar, onion juice, and salt; beat till thick. Add very slowly the oil; keep blending till well mixed and thick. The last few seconds add the poppy seeds. Serve over spinach and sliced strawberries salad. Quantity: 3 cups.
