2 ripe avocados, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup minced onion
1 minced jalapeņo (remove seeds and ribs of pepper for less heat)
2 plum tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
Coarse sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the avocados, onion, jalapeņo, tomato, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt, and mix to combine, mashing slightly. Add more cilantro, based on your flavor preference.

Tip: To prevent discoloration, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, pressing the wrap directly onto the surface of the guacamole. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
