I lb. pasteurized processed American cheese (Velveeta)
1 can (10 oz.) Ro*Tel original diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained.

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cheese and tomatoes in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm as dip with chips or crackers.

If Ro*Tel tomatoes are not available you may substitute 1 cup of salsa for the can of tomatoes.
