1 # ground chuck
Salt and pepper
1 onion, chopped fine
4 Holland rusks
2 Tbsp catsup
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and form into small balls
Brown in butter
Put browned meatballs in casserole dish

Add 2 Tbsp flour to drippings in pan, stir til smooth
Add 1 can beef broth or consomme' soup
Heat and stir until smooth

Pour over meatballs in casserole

Bake covered 1 hour @ 350º
