1 - 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
1 - 11 oz pkg butterscotch chips OR
1 - 10 oz pkg peanut butter chips
1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
1 - 10 oz pkg minature marshmellows
1 1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts

Line 9 x 13 pyrex dish with foil, extending foil over edges of dish
Lightly butter foil
Set aside

In heavy bottom saucepan add chocolate and butterscotch (or peanut butter) chips
Heat and stir mixture constantly with a wooden spoon over VERY low heat til melted and smooth
Remove pan from heat and stir in peanut butter
Stir in marshmellows and peanuts

Spread mixture into foil lined dish
Chill til firm
When firm, use foil to lift out of dish
Cut bars into squares and store in tightly covered container in frig up to 3 days
