3/4 C butter - softened
1 pkg 3.4oz instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 1/4 C flour
1/2 Chopped pecans

Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, cream butter and pudding mix. Gradually beat in flour. Fold in pecans. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets; flatten to 1/2 inch with back of greased spoon. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire cooling racks.
