3 4 oz. cans chopped green chiles
10 ozs. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Oil an 8 inch pie plate and spread peppers on bottom. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs and milk; pour over cheese. Bake at 325 for 45 mins. Serve with crackers.
