2 lbs of venison burger mixed with 1/3 beef fat well twice ground.
1 egg
1/4cup lea & parants
1/2 pack of Knorr onion soup mix
1/2 cup or better of bread crumbs
Cheddar cheese

Mix egg, lea parants sauces, knorr onion soup mix and bread crumbs until the meat sticks to your hands. Mix well and chill 30 mins or longer.
Make baseball size burgers and make a depression in the middle large enough to hold horseradish and grated cheese.
Cover depression with extra meat after horseradish and cheese is added.
Cook over med heat until done to taste.
Slice of cheese can be added.
Makes 6 burgers
Prep time with chill time 45 mins
