8 chicken breast halves
1/2 c butter melted
1 c sliced mushrooms
2 - 10 3/4 oz cans of cream of chicken soup
Garlic powder to taste
Pinch of thyme leaves
Pinch of rosemary leaves
1 c of water to thin
1/3 C of half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken well in butter. Remove from skillet. Saute mushrooms in butter. Stir in soup, garlic and seasonings. Return chicken breasts to the skillet. Cover. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Add water as it thickens. Blend in half and half. Heat slowly. Serve over egg noodles. Garish with toasted almonds.
