1-11/2 lbs marinated venison cubed from steak
1/2 -3/4 lbs bacon (save fat)
1/2 onion cut chopped up in small pieces
1/2-3/4 cup of mushrooms cut into small pieces
1 green pepper cut into small pieces
Garlic powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon and remove, save fat
Put garlic powder on venison
Add bacon fat, venison chunks cook over med heat in iron pan or Dutch oven.
Add other ingredients and cook till done Appx 10 mins
Serve with potatoes or rice. Makes a good camp meal.
