Ingredients:  
1 lb angel hair pasta
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta until tender. Drain pasta and keep a little of water from pasta on the side. Put olive oil in a large skillet and then heat. Add garlic. Cook until tender. Add pasta, tossing it with the garlic. If you find it on the dry side, add a little of the pasta water. Season with black pepper. Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese. Serve right a way. Great side dish.
