3 ounces cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon mint extract
3 cups powdered sugar
white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. If coloring mints, add color before the powdered sugar. Roll balls on mixture in white sugar. Press into molds, let set, and enjoy.
