Olive oil Pam spray
1 pound sweet potatoes, cut like French fries
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to broil, spray cookie sheet with Pam. Spread potato pieces out on cookie sheet and give them 8 sprays with the olive oil Pam. Season with salt and pepper. Broil 6 inches from heat for 16-18 minutes turning once; should be browned. Serve immediately. Good with dipping sauces like honey barbecue.
