2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup margerine
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup water
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Frosting:
1/2 cup margerine
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup buttermilk
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup pecans
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl
Combine water, margerine and salad oil in pan
Heat to boiling
Pour over dry ingredients, mix thoroughly
Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla
Beat until blended
Pour in greased and floured jelly roll pan
Bake @ 400 for 20 minutes

Combine margerine, cocoa and buttermilk in heavy pan, bring to boil
Remove from heat
Blend in remaining ingredients
Spread gently on warm cake
