Crust:
1-3/4 c. graham cracker
1- 3/4 c. walnuts
Put in food processor to blend like paste, then melt 2 tablespoons butter and mix with walnuts. Press in cheese cake pan (they usually have a bottom that releases) sprayed with pan.

1-1/4 c. sugar
3 lb. cream cheese
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1-1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
Blend cream cheese till creamy. Add sugar. Then rest of ingredients. Don't over mix!!Bake in crust at 350° for 50 minutes. Put on top 1 pound sour cream and 1 cup sugar, mixed. Bake 10 more minutes.

I call this Jason's Cheesecake, because he worked in a restaurant in Spokane and made this recipe there. Don't over mix or over bake.
