1 10 oz box couscous
1 c chopped green onion
11/2 c diced plum tomatoes
1 c thinly sliced fresh basil
1/2 c olive oil
1/4c balsamic vinegar
1/4 t dried crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook couscous according to box using chicken broth as liquid. Transfer to large-bowl, fluff and cool. Mix onions, 1/2 c basil and tomatoes into couscous. Combine remaining basil, oil, vinegar and pepper in food processor for dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Can make 1 day ahead. Serves 6
