1 1/2 T butter
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c water
1/4 c evaporated milk
1 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 c fresh cranberries

Butter Sauce:
1/2 c butter
1 c sugar
1/2 c evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and soda in bowl. Whisk to combine. In mixer, add sugar, water, milk and melted butter. Slowly add dry ingredients. Do not overmix. Fold in cranberries with a few stirs. Place in well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes. Can double or triple the recipe and bake in a Bundt pan.

For Butter Sauce:
Add all ingredients except vanilla and heat to dissolve sugar. Add vanilla and keep warm to serve.
