1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/2 C margarine, softened
1 egg
20 mini peanut butter cups, chopped
2 Tbs cornstarch
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
1/4 C peanut butter
1/2 C salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, butter, egg; beat until no longer crumbly. Stir in peanut butter cups. Press into greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake @ 350 for 18-22 min. Meanwhile, combine cornstarch, caramel and peanut butter in saucepan until smooth. Cook over low heat til mixture comes to a boil. Cook and stir 1-2 min. longer. Remove from heat, stir in peanuts. Spread over warm crust. Bake 6-7 min. longer. Cool completely. If desired, spread with chocolate frosting and sprinkle with additional peanuts. Refrigerate at least 1 hr before cutting.
