12 lb. Turkey, 6 large onions cut in half, 10 pods of garlic, salt, black pepper, red pepper, Tony Chachere's, 1/2 c. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 c. lemon juice, 1/2 cup hot sauce

Prepare Turkey and remove excess skin and fat. Cut approximately 1/2 to 1 inch holes in breast and stuff with garlic. Season with dry seasoning to taste. Put turkey in pan. Add onions & remaining garlic in and around the turkey. Then pour Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice & hot sauce over turkey. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Place in a 350 º oven for 4 hours. In the last hour of baking, take out of the oven and flip the turkey over so that the breast is soaking in the juice. Cover and place back in the oven.
