1 large package boneless chicken breast
3 stalks celery
1 large onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup homemade sweet pickles
2 cups Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 tsp. mustard
6 boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken with celery, onion and salt. Cool chicken in broth. Drain the chicken well. Chop chicken in food processor, add chopped eggs and finely chopped pickles. Add lots of black pepper and salt if needed. Mix mustard and salad dressing, then add to chicken mixture. Stir and add more salad dressing if needed.
