Crust:
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 stick oleo
2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar

Fillings:
Pecan Pies, 3/4 cup dark brown sugar, 3/4 cup light brown sugar, 2 cups chopped pecans, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 eggs, and 2 tbsp oleo.

Coconut Pies, 14 oz bag coconut, 1 can Ancel coconut.

Crust: Mix cream cheese, flour, oleo and sugar together, chill. Form small balls and place in miniature pie pans or tins. Form crust in bottom and sides with fingers.

Filling for pecan pie: Cook brown sugar, egg, oleo and vanilla until dissolved, add pecans. Fill crust with about 1 teaspoon of filling. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen.

Filling for coconut pies: Blend coconut well. Fill crust with about 1 teaspoon of filling. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen.
