3 Teaspoons of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
*Salt and pepper to taste
*Fresh parsley to taste: rinsed, dried, chopped
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper
1 small onion chopped
1 8 ounce of jar roasted red bell peppers with juice
3/4 pounds of pepperoni 1/4" pieces
1/4 pound hard salami chopped
*grated cheese to taste
1 pound of penne pasta

1. In frying pan heat fill to medium. Add onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook 3 to 5 minutes.

2. Add salami, pepperoni, oregano, and crushed red pepper. Cook for a couple more minutes.

3. Add roasted red peppers, and reduce to simmer for 20 minutes.

4. Toss with pasta, parsley, and grated cheese.
