3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
3 tbsp butter
6 mushrooms, sliced
1 med. onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
1 tsp ketchup
1 c. sour cream
1 8oz. pkg egg noodles, cooked

Cut chicken into bite size pieces, saute in butter over med. high heat until brown. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Cook for 4 minutes. Remove chicken and vegetables with slotted spoon. Blend flour, salt and pepper into pan juices, add broth gradually. Cook stirring continuously until thick, about 6 minutes. Stir in ketchip, sour cream, chicken and vegetables. Heat to serving temperature. Serve over noodles.
