1 - 8 oz. of cream cheese, softened
Ham or turkey slices
Pickle spears or whole pickles
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ranch dressing with the cream cheese. Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of the meat slices. Roll it around the pickle, slice it, and serve.
