Ingredients:
1 lb ground round (I use 1.5 lbs)
1 egg
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 jar of pizza sauce
Favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, ham, olives, onions, sausage, etc.)
Mozzarella cheese or Pizza cheese blend

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients and press into bottom of cookie sheet. Then bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until done. Turn oven to broil and brown to your liking-this is your crust. (Watch carefully-it only takes a couple minutes!) Remove from oven and drain any grease that may have cooked out. Cover with pizza sauce, your favorite toppings; put cheese on last. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted. (If oven is still on broil, watch carefully! it only takes 2-3 minutes!)
