1 can (15-1/2 oz.) Alaskan salmon
1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/3 cup each of green onions and celery
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Serve on toasted wheat bread, pitas, tortillas or wheat crackers. Drain and flake salmon with a fork (I just mash it with a fork really good). Stir in remaining ingredients. Season with pepper to taste.
