1 3/4 tsp. oleo/butter
3 tbsp. no-fat mayo/miracle whip
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. curry
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
salt/pepper to taste
1/2 cup crushed herbed stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Melt oleo/butter and mix in a small bowl with mayo/miracle whip and mustard. Pour mixture into a shallow bowl or plate. Coat chicken breasts in this mixture, then dip in stuffing crumbs and place in a lightly greased (spray with "pam") baking dish.

Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
