3/4 C light milk (1% or skim)
3/4 C dry oatmeal (not quick oats)
1 pealed banana (ripe or very ripe)
2 Tbsp peanut butter (natural or organic & creamy or crunchy)
6 ice cubes
1/4 C soy or whey protein powder (vanilla or banana)
1/4 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients in blender (allow oatmeal to "soak" a bit). Grind ingredients into a smooth consistency. Pour into tall glass. Enjoy smoothie with a straw.
