8 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 1/2 c sugar
1/4 c corn starch
1/2 c apple cider vinegar
1 C Chicken Broth
1/2 c Ketchup
1/4 c Soy Sauce
2 c Apricots Blended
2 sliced green peppers
1 can chunked pineapples

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in egg then cornstarch and fry in a pan with a small amount of oil until golden brown.

Blend the next 7 ingredients together and pour the sauce over the Chicken in a 9x13 pan.

Add sliced Green Peppers and pineapples.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
