1/2 c. oil I use Canola or Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVO)
1/4 c. Lemon Juice
1 teas. Salt I use sea salt
1teas. Marjoram
1teas. Thyme
1/2 teas. Pepper
1 clove of Garlic Minced
1/2 c. onion chopped
1/4 c. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all together and pour over meat and marinade at least 2-6 hours.
