1 can (15 to 16 oz.) garbanzo beans, drained & 1/3cup liquid reserved
1 teaspoon. salt
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2cup sesame seeds
1 clove garlic, crushed
Chopped fresh parsley Pita bread wedges, crackers or raw vegetables for dipping, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Place beans, reserved bean liquid, lemon juice, the ses­ame seed, garlic and salt in blender or food processor.
Cover and blend on high speed, stopping blender occa­sionally to scrape sides if necessary, until uniform consistency.
Spoon dip into serving dish. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with pita bread wedges.
