Make the gravy in the same pan you fried the chicken. Use the drippings from frying the chicken. You need about 1/8 to 1/4 cup. If you don't have enough ad chicken bouillon. Turn the heat up on the pan up to med. high. Add 1/4 cup flour, stir till flour is brown. Add milk and potato water, you need about 2 cups total. Cook about 5 min. Add salt and pepper to taste.
