1/4 cup olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic
small can anchovies (optional)
crushed red pepper (optional)
1 lb. Angel Hair Pasta
Directions:
Directions:
Boil 1 lb of pasta. Heat oil & diced garlic just let garlic brown in oil (not burn), may add samall can of anchovies and oil from them too to the oil & garlic blend. Drain pasta. Pour oil mixture over pasta and mix. Serve quickly (or angle hair may clump)
