1 1/2 C flour
1 1/2 C beer
Onion rings or mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and beer and let stand 3 hours.
Dip onion rings or mushrooms into batter and deep fry.
Keep in 200 degree oven until ready to serve.
