Ingredients:  
3 C sliced, cooked squash (drained)
1 C chopped onion
1 C milk
4 slices of bread (soak in 1 cup milk to soften)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter
1 C grated cheese
Salt and pepper
Ritz crackers for the top

Directions:
Directions:
Mix squash with remaining ingredients, except Ritz crackers.
Pour into a greased casserole dish
Line the top with whole Ritz Crackers.
Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees
