1 lb hot sausage, 1 bell pepper, 2 celery stalks
1 large onion, 4 1/2 cups boiling water
1 box Lipton chicken noodle soup, 1/2 cup rice

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sausage in frying pan and cook until it loses redness. Drain on paper towel. Cook celery, pepper, and onion in sausage drippings until tender. Add soup mix to water and cook for 7 minutes. combine sausage, vegetables, and rice. Bake 45 minutes at 350.
